Capitalists at Work on subsidised schemes:
Last Friday’s Times?contained an article?entitled “Politics and business are addicted to bungs“.? It was?a propos?of the ‘revelations’ about government dealings with Nissan.? ?
The Mars One scheme to take passengers to Mars and leave them there is bankrupt:
Mars One, a Dutch company that planned to send humans on a one-way trip to Mars and start the first human colony on the Red Planet, has been declared bankrupt.
The declaration was made in a Swiss court on Jan. 15 — and posted on Reddit this past weekend — officially dissolving Mars One Ventures AG.

This song has been part of me for a very, very long time.
Many do not like this 12″ version, they prefer the 7″ and that’s one reason I prefer this version, though both are good.
The 7″ version is a more structured version with a commercial synthpop feel; the 12″ is more chaotic with the emphasis on electronic rhythms rather than melody. The 7″ version plays at 33? rpm to accommodate its length of around five and a half minutes. Both versions bear the same catalogue number “FAC 63” despite these differences.

I’d advise all whites to get out now. Meanwhile:
Eskom has plunged South Africa into darkness, in a more dramatic fashion than usual on Monday. The energy firm “lost functionality” in six of their generating units, escalating the load shedding schedule from Stage 2 up to Stage 4. Stage 3 didn’t even get a look-in, such is the severity of the situation.
There’s an aspect of these El Paso rallies for Trump and Beto which was beautiful to watch, quite entertaining:
The Donald or his staff knew they needed to have quality vision and sound for his supporters and quite right too – you look after your people, nothing is too good for them – but he and the staff also knew that if they could blast that sound across a quarter of a mile to a rally with far smaller numbers, if it was your music, not his which filled the air, w-e-e-l-l-l, you understand.
Now, a critical question – why would you do such a thing? It seems vindictive, no?? Yes, it’s a strategic coup but the main thing is that li’l bit of an ‘edge’ to it, quite nice.
